fantastic stay!
accessible spa beautiful bathroom ample storage hanging space
The spa was AMAZING!!! it was accessible for most hours of the day, so convenient. the bathroom was beautifully designed. I got a room with a bath. i especially loved the amount of storage and hanging space in the room. Everything fit perfectly.
The service at the lounge bar was not great. The waitress was not very attentive. i hope this improves, as everything else was great.

wonderful hotel experience
spacious room comfortable pillows fresh choices quiet location
the room was spacious and comfortable with a large bed and cozy pillows i found the bathroom well-equipped with many towels the breakfast buffet offered many fresh choices and the coffee was excellent parking was available nearby on livalia street a short walk from the hotel. i appreciated the hotel's quiet location near the city center the room's design was elegant i liked the chocolate hour that the hotel provides every day at 4pm.
during my visit one of the key cards stopped working once i needed to go to the front desk to get it reactivated.

the hotel provides a modern spa area with a japanese pool with a temperature of 40 degrees celsius i found this facility to be well-kept it offered a relaxing atmosphere .

the hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to assist with any requests i also found the assistance to be professional and efficient all my needs were addressed promptly and courteously.

a good getaway
perfect design varied breakfast helpful staff
I found the room design perfect. It felt spacious and supremely comfortable. (i appreciated this so much!) the breakfast options were rich and varied. i found the chocolate hour a very pleasant bonus. the staff was friendly and helpful too.
i experienced an issue with the key card deactivating. this meant i could not access my room after a late checkout until the front desk reactivated it. a system for automatic reactivation would improve convenience.

comfortable beds clean spa
I found the beds comfortable. A good night's sleep is so important. the spa area impressed me. It was very clean, and i found everything i needed (i especially loved the pool!).
My room felt slightly too warm. I couldn't seem to adjust the temperature down enough.

excellent selection excellent support accommodating staff
The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection. The pillows provided excellent support (I slept soundly). The staff was professional and accommodating .
The gym equipment could use some updating, some machines showed wear and tear.
